信楽、雲井の山中で穴窯を築き作陶を続けて25年が経過しました。
土味を活かせる焼物を目指して信楽の伝統を礎に自分的要素が加わったオリジナルにチャレンジしてきました。
信楽の自然に身を置き土を掘り薪をくべる営みの温もりの景色がi-gallery に並びます。

【Artist's Comments】
Twenty-five years have passed since I built an anagama kiln in the mountains of Kumoi, Shigaraki.
I have been challenging myself to create original pottery with my own personal touch based on the traditions of Shigaraki, aiming to make the best use of the taste of the clay.
The warmth of the work of making pottery in the nature of Shigaraki, digging clay and lighting firewood, will be on display in the i-gallery.
